School Site Council (SSC)
Site Council serves as the school community representative body for determining the focus of the school’s academic instructional program and all related categorical resources.
The Council’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing and approving the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and all proposed expenditures in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Providing ongoing monitoring of the implementation of the plan and budgets.
- Participating in all local, state, and federal reviews of the school’s program for compliance and quality.
- Conducting an annual evaluation of the effectiveness of the school’s progress toward meeting the school goals.

- Early College Parent Student Teacher Association (PTSA)
- The Early College High School Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) seeks to build a strong school community together, enabling our students to develop the skills and character to take them wherever they strive to go. By Actively engaging in PTSA Activities, parents, teachers, and students can contribute to the betterment of our school, strengthen relationships and ultimately positively impact student success.
- Zoom Chats with the Principal
- Zoom chats with the Principal provides parents and guardians the opportunity to engage in informal dialogue with the principal each month. Information about upcoming school events and projects is shared and time is allocated for families to ask questions and share feedback. Zoom Chats with the Principal are held on Mondays (see dates below) from 7:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
