The FAFSA application is now open and easy to complete.
The 2024 fall athletic season in Newport-Mesa Unified School District was marked by exceptional performances and a strong commitment to sportsmanship. From league championships to individual accolades, this season highlighted the athletic prowess of teams throughout our district.
Students from Costa Mesa High School were awarded the 2024 Bolt Pride Award at the 2024 STEM on the Sidelines competition. The team placed second overall. Early College and Newport Harbor high schools were also among the 20 schools that participated in the annual event.

Thanks to a partnership with Trellis, more than 300 volunteers from throughout the community descended on Newport-Mesa schools for Love Our Schools Day on November 2.

Open to all students and their families, the annual College and Career Fair provided 1,200 attendees with opportunities to learn about college and technical programs, financial assistance, military, and other civic-minded post-secondary options.
